Subcontractors Quality Control
Info
OVERVIEW
Tri-State goes to great lengths to maintain the quality of its work, even when a subcontractor is used to complete a specific task. Subcontractors retained by Tri-Sate have undergone a pre-qualification screening to verify they have the necessary minimum qualifications and experience. Tri-State will also contact references to determine their level of satisfaction with the work completed.
Tri-State maintains a file for each subcontractor it uses. In that file is a copy of the firm’s current certificate of insurance that lists limits of liability. Tri-State conducts annual audits of the qualifications and certifications of its sub-contractors to verify their capabilities and resources have not diminished.
PA—Subcontractors Include:
Brier Hill Steel
TriState Electric
Red Interior, Inc.
CentiMark Corporation
PRE-QUALIFICATIONS
Tri-State has developed a pre-qualification screening that requires the subcontractor to provide copies of applicable licenses, certifications, and other documentation that verifies the level of experience and training necessary to perform the work. Tri-State expects each prospective subcontractor to be familiar with standards and requirements stipulated by regulatory agencies and/or project requirements.
Subcontractors are required to:
Execute a service agreement with Tri-State to provide services.
Provide evidence of reliability of their equipment.
Provide documentation of their quality control and quality assurance procedures.
“Quality & experience that you can rely on!”
