OVERVIEW
Quality Assurance and Quality Control are essential components of daily operations at Tri-State. Our clients expect it and our reputation depends on it. To ensure that we provide our clients with a quality project, we prepare and implement a plan designed specifically for the individual project. Our cross-functional approach system is developed to ensure our services are designed and produced to meet or exceed our clients’ requirements and expectations in the most cost-effective manner.
Additionally, Tri-State routinely contracts with an independent quality assurance consultant whose responsibilities range from monitoring earthwork operations to provision of testing and verification services to special inspections to maintenance of all inspection, sampling and testing records.
Our goal is to produce services fit for the purpose and designed right the first time. In order to reach that goal, we also mandate the same performance from our consultants and subcontractors.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE & QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Tri-State has worked as a general contractor on various environmentally sensitive projects over the years. We take environmental compliance very seriously, and as a result, we have never received a compliance violation citation. Our work methods and practices are designed for zero-impact on surrounding eco-systems. Since environmental stewardship cannot be compromised, we work in close cooperation with jurisdictional agencies to deliver full compliance on every project.
Tri-State incorporates quality planning and provides a basis for managing project activities allowing us to monitor processes for continual improvement and overall cost control.
Tri-State activities are documented in accordance with written manuals, procedures, instruction, specifications, and drawings that contain appropriate criteria for determining whether prescribed activities have been satisfactorily accomplished.
